About Shipping
  • If you purchase multiple items with different delivery dates, they will be shipped as soon as all items are in stock.
  • If you would like your items to arrive earlier, please place separate orders (shipping fees apply).
  • We cannot accept requests for specific delivery dates or times in the comments section or inquiries.
  • Shipping fees cannot be refunded after an order has been placed.
Notes
  1. Depending on stock availability, items may be out of stock after an order is placed.

  3. Color and size changes cannot be made after an order has been placed.

  5. If the size differs by more than 3cm from the stated size, we will exchange the item.

Regarding Returns

※Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery and only for items with tags attached.
※If the item is out of stock, a refund will be issued.

Regarding Long-Term Absence/Refusal to Pick Up

If the item is returned due to a long-term absence, an unknown address, or a refusal to pick up, it will not be reshipped.
You will be charged for round-trip shipping.

The listed price is the sales price (tax included).
Free shipping on orders over ¥15,000.
